AI LITERACY LAUNCHPAD – TERMS OF USE ​​​​​​
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the AI Literacy LaunchPad materials provided on this site, you (the user) confirm your acceptance of and agreement to comply fully with these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the materials.
2. Definitions
User: Any individual staff member or tutor accessing or using the materials.
Partner Institution: The school, college, or educational organisation registered with Your Tomorrow CIO and granted permission to use the AI Literacy LaunchPad materials.
Materials: All videos, activities, teaching notes, and related content provided through the LaunchPad programme.
3. Your Tomorrow CIO's Commitment to Quality
Your Tomorrow CIO is committed to providing high-quality, accurate, and educationally appropriate materials. We employ rigorous development and review processes to ensure content meets high educational standards appropriate for 16-19 year old students.
4. Partner Institution Responsibilities
The Partner Institution agrees to:
Review all materials for appropriateness to their specific educational context, student cohort, and institutional policies before delivery to students.
Ensure compliance with their own safeguarding, AI use, and acceptable use policies.
Take final responsibility for all content delivered to their students through this programme.
Ensure all staff using materials are appropriately briefed on these terms and bound by them.
5. Educational Tool Instruction
Materials may include instruction on accessing and using third-party AI platforms and tools. This constitutes educational instruction similar to teaching any digital literacy skill. Your Tomorrow CIO accepts no responsibility for student use of such platforms or tools outside the supervised educational programme.
6. Permitted Access
Materials are exclusively available for registered tutors and staff of the Partner Institution.
Student direct access to the LaunchPad Portal is strictly prohibited.
External tutors or educational consultants are not permitted access.
The Partner Institution's LaunchPad Portal password must not be shared beyond authorised users.
7. Duration of Use
Permission to use these materials is valid only for the academic year ending in July 2026.
8. Internal Distribution and Sharing
Materials may be shared internally across the Partner Institution campuses or sites, but must be limited strictly to the approved student group(s) as agreed with Your Tomorrow CIO.
9. External Sharing
Materials must not be shared externally with partner schools, collaborative networks, or any third parties without prior written consent from Your Tomorrow CIO.
10. Modification and Integration
No modification, editing, or adaptation of the provided materials is permitted without prior written consent.
Materials may not be combined or integrated with any third-party educational content or platforms without approval.
Downloadable materials may only be stored on the Partner Institution's own systems.
11. Online Usage and Hosting
All Launchpad materials must only be accessed via streaming or downloaded directly from the Partner Institution's LaunchPad portal.
Uploading, hosting, or embedding these materials on external or publicly accessible platforms is strictly prohibited.
12. Commercial and Promotional Use
The Partner Institution may reference participation in the LaunchPad programme for internal marketing or promotional purposes.
Any promotional reference must clearly identify the programme as the 'Your Tomorrow AI Literacy LaunchPad'.
Commercialising or charging students specifically for access to these materials or sessions is explicitly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
While Your Tomorrow CIO takes every reasonable precaution to ensure content accuracy and appropriateness, we provide materials "as is." Your Tomorrow CIO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of these materials.
14. Data and Feedback
Tutors are encouraged to complete feedback forms provided for each session to support ongoing program development and improvements. Feedback data is collected anonymously for programme improvement only.
15. Violations and Termination
Access to materials may be revoked immediately if any terms are violated, including but not limited to unauthorised distribution, modification of content, or providing direct student access to the portal.
16. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, activities, teaching notes, and related content, are the intellectual property of Your Tomorrow CIO and are protected by copyright. Partner Institution's license to use materials does not transfer ownership or create any intellectual property rights beyond the specific permissions granted in these terms.
17. Content Updates
Materials will be updated during the academic year only for major changes that render content materially incorrect, misleading, or legally non-compliant. Routine AI developments will be incorporated in annual content refreshes. Your Tomorrow CIO has no obligation to provide continuous updates beyond addressing major changes as defined above.
